With the launch of our new website we thought it was the perfect time to re-introduce ourselves!

We are Ten Acre and we were launched with an aim of providing delicious snacks of high quality which can be enjoyed by everyone – no matter their dietary requirements!

Where are we from?

Ten Acre crisps are made using potatoes grown in the Ten Acre field at Fairfields Farm. This is a family run farm and the family has been farming in East Anglia for three generations. We harvest potatoes, maize and rye on beautiful farmland across the Colne Valley just north of Colchester in Essex.

How are our crisps made?

On our farm our own special varieties of crisping potatoes are hand cooked on the farm to the highest possible standards which is why we’re BRC (Grade AA) accredited.

All of our energy is generated on the farm using sustainable technologies including anaerobic digestion and solar power. Even the waste sunflower oil used to hand cook the crisps goes to make biofuel!
